What's a group?Your group name allows anyone to interact with and subscribe to your group using just their mobile phone. You choose the group name you want. If you register JOESPIZZA, anyone can text JOESPIZZA to 41411 to join your group. Need additional groups?Each plan includes a number of "Standard" groups. You can add more groups if you need them at the discounted monthly rates listed here. Premium keywords (reserved and shorter 3 or 4 char keywords) are more scarce and cost more. How many messages can I send?You can send an unlimited number of messages to your group. However, once you send more than 30 messages per user per month (for instance, 3,000 messages to a 100 user plan), you will be subject to the Sprint* surcharge of $.005 per message sent to a Sprint/Nextel user. How do you count users?A user is someone who uses your keyword or is subscribed to your keyword in a given billing period. You can send an unlimited number of messages to each of these users. Think of it as the number of unique phone numbers that use your account. If you have one number subscribed to 3 groups, that number will only count once. Need additional users?Each plan includes a number of unique users. If you promote your keyword and usage exceeds the number included in your plan, you will be automatically billed at the per-user rate listed. Need a bigger plan or want to pay per- message?

At Your Service Technology will waive this surcharge for up to 30 messages per subscriber per month. If you send more than 30 messages per subscriber per month, this Sprint surcharge will be added to your monthly invoice.
